More donut holes! Gluten-free chocolate protein donut holes to be exact. Go ahead and indulge in a couple of these donut holes with your morning coffee!
Each donut hole is about 80 calories and 4g of protein!


Chocolate Protein Donut Holes
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 2 oz vanilla protein powder I used Orgain brand
- 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup Kite Hill Greek style yogurt plain flavor
- 2 eggs
Coating
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well with a rubber spatula. Continue to fold and press the ingredients together until you start to get a dough ball.
- Once you have a dough ball, start pinching off small balls and roll in hands to make 16 small donut holes. Place onto the baking sheet.
- Bake 14 – 16 minutes until donut holes are cooked through.
- Allow the donut holes to cool slightly and roll into powdered sugar.
