Cinnamon Apple Pancakes
- 2 apples peeled, diced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Peel, core, and dice the apples into small cubes. Place them into a small saucepan with the maple syrup, lemon juice, water, and cinnamon.
- Cook, covered on medium-low until softened. Serve your pancakes with warm apple topping and maple syrup. Enjoy!
