Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Granola
Your seven ingredients away from delicious homemade granola! And this one is made even better with peanut butter. You end up with a simple granola that can be used to top off a bowl of yogurt or easy snacking.
- 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until well combined and oats are all coated.
Spread the oats onto your prepared cookie sheet into a thin layer.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until it starts to brown.
Remove from the oven and let completely cool before breaking apart. Store in an airtight container on the counter.
