Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

Look no further for a cozy fall morning breakfast. Stack your pancakes and cover them with deliciously stewed cinnamon apples.

  • 2 apples peeled, diced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Peel, core, and dice the apples into small cubes. Place them into a small saucepan with the maple syrup, lemon juice, water, and cinnamon.
  • Cook, covered on medium-low until softened. Serve your pancakes with warm apple topping and maple syrup. Enjoy!
