Cinnamon Apple Pancakes
Look no further for a cozy fall morning breakfast. Stack your pancakes and cover them with deliciously stewed cinnamon apples.
- 2 apples peeled, diced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Peel, core, and dice the apples into small cubes. Place them into a small saucepan with the maple syrup, lemon juice, water, and cinnamon.
