Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well with a rubber spatula. Continue to fold and press the ingredients together until you start to get a dough ball.
Once you have a dough ball, start pinching off small balls and roll in hands to make 16 small donut holes. Place onto the baking sheet.
Bake 14 - 16 minutes until donut holes are cooked through.
Allow the donut holes to cool slightly and roll into powdered sugar.
