Peanut Butter Brownie Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup gluten-free flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Add sugar, flour, salt and cocoa powder to your mug and stir together.
  2. Add remaining wet ingredients to your mug and stir well until all combined.
  3. Place 1 tbsp of peanut butter into the middle of your batter and push it down until it's submerged into the batter.
  4. Microwave for 60-70 seconds. Enjoy!
