Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Brownie Mug Cake
Sharing another quick and easy, ooey gooey, mug cake. This mug cake combines the best of two things: peanut butter and chocolate! Microwave for a minute and you have yourself a homemade dessert. Here’s what you need:


Peanut Butter Brownie Mug Cake
Ingredients
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup gluten-free flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add sugar, flour, salt and cocoa powder to your mug and stir together.
- Add remaining wet ingredients to your mug and stir well until all combined.
- Place 1 tbsp of peanut butter into the middle of your batter and push it down until it's submerged into the batter.
- Microwave for 60-70 seconds. Enjoy!
