Ingredients⁣
• 1 lb @iserniosausage ground chicken 
• 1 bag coleslaw mix⁣
• ¼ cup gluten-free soy sauce⁣
• 1 tsp coconut aminos⁣
• 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣
• 1 tsp ground ginger⁣
• salt & pepper, to taste⁣
• sesame seeds⁣
• chopped green onions⁣
⁣
Spicy Mayo⁣
• ¼ cup mayonnaise⁣
• 2 tbsp hot sauce⁣
⁣
Instructions⁣
1. Cook ground chicken in a large pan over medium-high heat, breaking it up until browned (about 4–5 minutes).⁣
2. Drain excess liquid and return to pan.⁣
3. Add garlic, ginger, and coleslaw mix. Cook 3–5 minutes until softened.⁣
4. Stir in soy sauce and coconut aminos.⁣
5. Remove from heat and serve over rice.⁣
6. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, salt & pepper.⁣
7. Mix spicy mayo ingredients and drizzle on top.⁣

Chicken Meatballs⁣
• 1 lb @iserniosausage ground chicken⁣
• 1 egg⁣
• ⅓ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs⁣
• 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣
• 1 tbsp olive oil⁣
• ½ tsp salt⁣
• ½ tsp black pepper⁣
⁣
Honey Garlic Sauce⁣
• ¼ cup honey⁣
• 3 tbsp gluten-free tamari ⁣
• 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar⁣
• 1 tsp sesame oil ⁣
⁣
Instructions (Reel-friendly)⁣
1. Preheat oven to 400°F⁣
2. Mix meatball ingredients until just combined⁣
3. Roll into meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet⁣
4. Bake 18–22 minutes, until cooked through⁣
5. Simmer sauce ingredients in a small pan for 3–5 minutes⁣
6. Toss the meatballs in the sauce⁣
7. Finish with green onions + sesame seeds⁣
