A gluten-free and dairy-free healthy avocado tuna sandwich. No mayo needed over here! The avocado will add enough creaminess, trust me. To serve mine I toasted a couple pieces of Bread SRSLY classic sourdough for an open faced sandwich. It’s definitely a refreshing sandwich on a warm day! Don’t forget the fresh lime juice, it really makes the sandwich come together.

Healthy Avocado Tuna Salad

This healthy avocado tuna salad is so easy to throw together for a quick lunch. Even if you don’t have all of the ingredients, you can make something delicious. Sometimes I don’t have fresh cilantro, so I’ll leave that it and it’s great really great.
