Pumpkin Spice Sauce

A one bowl, no stovetop required Pumpkin Spice Sauce. And of course it's gluten-free and dairy-free. This is the perfect addition to your morning coffee and will make a delicious pumpkin spice latte. Add it to your beverages for a cozy Fall drink or drizzle on top of a stack of pancakes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.
