Okay, hear me out… a Chicken Caesar Burger 🍔🥗⁣

Gluten free, dairy free, and the perfect summer dinner.⁣
⁣
For the burgers:⁣
• 1 lb @iserniosausage ground chicken⁣
• ½ tsp salt⁣
• ¼ tsp pepper⁣
• 1 tsp paprika⁣
• ½ tsp garlic powder⁣
• Dairy-free cheese slices⁣
⁣
For the Caesar salad:⁣
• Chopped romaine⁣
• Caesar dressing⁣
• Gluten-free croutons⁣
• Dairy-free parmesan⁣
⁣
Mix the seasonings into the chicken and form into 4 patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Add cheese during the last minute.⁣

Toss the romaine, Caesar dressing, croutons, and parmesan together.⁣
⁣
Toast your buns, spread Caesar dressing on both sides, add the chicken patty, and top with the Caesar salad.⁣
⁣
Serve immediately with crispy fries. 🤍⁣

2 cups frozen blueberries⁣
1 cup water⁣
1 cup sugar⁣
⁣
Add everything to a pot and bring to a simmer. Mash the berries, strain through a mesh strainer, and store in the fridge.⁣

Golden, crunchy, juicy, and topped with an easy creamy slaw for the perfect bite 🍔

Chicken Patties (GF/DF):⁣
• 1 lb @iserniosausage ground chicken⁣
• ½ cup GF breadcrumbs⁣
• ¼ cup dairy-free milk⁣
• 2 green onions, chopped⁣
• 1 tsp garlic powder⁣
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire⁣
• salt + pepper⁣
⁣
Quick Instructions:⁣
Mix breadcrumbs + milk, let soak 2–3 min.⁣
Add remaining ingredients + mix gently.⁣
Form 4 patties.⁣
⁣
Bread: flour → egg → GF panko, let sit 5 min.⁣
Pan fry 4–5 min/side until golden + cooked through.⁣
⁣
Easy Slaw:⁣
• 1 bag coleslaw mix⁣
• ⅓ cup dairy-free mayo⁣
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁣
• 1 tsp Dijon⁣
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup⁣
• salt + pepper⁣
⁣
Top with slaw + serve on GF buns ✨⁣

A few times, they even flagged cross-contamination before I asked 👏⁣
⁣
Favorites: mole poblano at El Patio + tacos with fresh corn tortillas from the market buffet 🌮⁣

The only miss for me was the French restaurant, Bordeaux. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it; it was my only food disappointment.⁣
