For my single-serve fruit crisp, I chose a vibrant mix of raspberries and strawberries, which added a perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors. However, this recipe is incredibly versatile, allowing you to experiment with various berries. Blueberries and blackberries make excellent choices, bringing their unique sweetness and juiciness to the crisp. If you're feeling adventurous, try incorporating some pitted cherries for an extra flavor. No matter which berries you choose, this fruit crisp will surely be a delightful and refreshing treat, capturing the essence of summer in every bite.

If you're gluten-free or dairy-free, you can easily adapt this recipe without sacrificing flavor or texture. Swap out regular oats for gluten-free oats and use a dairy-free butter alternative. The crisp topping will remain just as crunchy and delightful. And for that perfect finishing touch, top your warm fruit crisp with a scoop of creamy coconut milk vanilla ice cream. It's a luscious, satisfying treat that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary restrictions.
