Made with @iserniosausage ground chicken and tossed in a sticky honey garlic sauce. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and perfect for meal prep or busy nights.⁣

Chicken Meatballs⁣
• 1 lb @iserniosausage ground chicken⁣
• 1 egg⁣
• ⅓ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs⁣
• 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣
• 1 tbsp olive oil⁣
• ½ tsp salt⁣
• ½ tsp black pepper⁣
⁣
Honey Garlic Sauce⁣
• ¼ cup honey⁣
• 3 tbsp gluten-free tamari ⁣
• 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar⁣
• 1 tsp sesame oil ⁣
⁣
Instructions (Reel-friendly)⁣
1. Preheat oven to 400°F⁣
2. Mix meatball ingredients until just combined⁣
3. Roll into meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet⁣
4. Bake 18–22 minutes, until cooked through⁣
5. Simmer sauce ingredients in a small pan for 3–5 minutes⁣
6. Toss the meatballs in the sauce⁣
7. Finish with green onions + sesame seeds⁣

These loaded sweet potatoes are flavorful and so easy to throw together. Made with @iserniosausage Korean BBQ diced chicken thighs and finished with a creamy chili garlic drizzle.⁣

Ingredients⁣
• 2–3 medium sweet potatoes⁣
• 1 package Isernio’s Korean BBQ Diced Chicken Thighs⁣
• Green onions, sliced⁣
• Sesame seeds⁣
⁣
Creamy Chili Garlic Drizzle⁣
• ½ cup mayo⁣
• 1–2 tsp garlic chili oil (to taste)⁣
• 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice⁣
• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey⁣
• Splash of GF tamari⁣
⁣
Instructions⁣
1. Cook sweet potatoes (400°F for 40–45 min).⁣
2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and heated through, about 6–8 minutes.⁣
3. Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.⁣
4. Slice sweet potatoes open, stuff with chicken, drizzle with sauce, and finish with green onions and sesame seeds.⁣
