Gluten-Free Croutons
Start by cutting up your bread into cubes and placing them in a large bowl. Pour in olive oil to evenly coat all of the pieces. Then add in your desired seasonings, I like using Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Bake in the oven at 375°F until golden brown. Turn the croutons a few times while baking, mine usually take 40-50 minutes. We have to get them nice and crispy!
