Crispy chicken burgers but make them gluten-free & dairy-free 🙌⁣

Golden, crunchy, juicy, and topped with an easy creamy slaw for the perfect bite 🍔
⁣
Chicken Patties (GF/DF):⁣
• 1 lb @iserniosausage ground chicken⁣
• ½ cup GF breadcrumbs⁣
• ¼ cup dairy-free milk⁣
• 2 green onions, chopped⁣
• 1 tsp garlic powder⁣
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire⁣
• salt + pepper⁣
⁣
Quick Instructions:⁣
Mix breadcrumbs + milk, let soak 2–3 min.⁣
Add remaining ingredients + mix gently.⁣
Form 4 patties.⁣
⁣
Bread: flour → egg → GF panko, let sit 5 min.⁣
Pan fry 4–5 min/side until golden + cooked through.⁣
⁣
Easy Slaw:⁣
• 1 bag coleslaw mix⁣
• ⅓ cup dairy-free mayo⁣
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁣
• 1 tsp Dijon⁣
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup⁣
• salt + pepper⁣
⁣
Top with slaw + serve on GF buns ✨⁣

Just got back from @secretsakumalresort and honestly… such a great experience navigating dietary restrictions here. Every restaurant had allergens clearly labeled and the staff consistently reconfirmed + guided me on what was safe to eat.⁣

A few times, they even flagged cross-contamination before I asked 👏⁣
⁣
Favorites: mole poblano at El Patio + tacos with fresh corn tortillas from the market buffet 🌮⁣

The only miss for me was the French restaurant, Bordeaux. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it; it was my only food disappointment.⁣

This egg roll bowl is one of those weeknight dinners you’ll keep coming back to 🤍⁣

Ingredients⁣
• 1 lb @iserniosausage ground chicken
• 1 bag coleslaw mix⁣
• ¼ cup gluten-free soy sauce⁣
• 1 tsp coconut aminos⁣
• 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣
• 1 tsp ground ginger⁣
• salt & pepper, to taste⁣
• sesame seeds⁣
• chopped green onions⁣
⁣
Spicy Mayo⁣
• ¼ cup mayonnaise⁣
• 2 tbsp hot sauce⁣
⁣
Instructions⁣
1. Cook ground chicken in a large pan over medium-high heat, breaking it up until browned (about 4–5 minutes).⁣
2. Drain excess liquid and return to pan.⁣
3. Add garlic, ginger, and coleslaw mix. Cook 3–5 minutes until softened.⁣
4. Stir in soy sauce and coconut aminos.⁣
5. Remove from heat and serve over rice.⁣
6. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, salt & pepper.⁣
7. Mix spicy mayo ingredients and drizzle on top.⁣
